Who we are

  • BulltongAfrica is a UAE-founded brand, started in Dubai in July 2025 by Rafiq Dawood.
  • We sell biltong, South Africa's air-dried beef: cured with vinegar, salt and spices, then dried slowly by air, not cooked.

Origin

  • South African cattle. Made in South Africa, then brought to the UAE.

Halal

  • Halal beef. The pack carries a halal logo.
  • All natural, no added MSG, no gluten. The full ingredient list is printed on every pack.

Flavours

  • No chilli: Traditional Hunters, Barbeque, Chutney.
  • With chilli: Honey Peri (heat 6/10), Peri-Peri (7/10), African Heat (10/10).

Sizes and prices

  • 35g pack: AED 15.
  • 90g pack: AED 34.
  • Box of six 35g packs: AED 81. Box of six 90g packs: AED 180. Three mixes: Full Range, No Heat, Full Heat.

Nutrition

  • Per 35g pack: 19.4g protein, 98 kcal, under 0.8g sugar, 1g carbs, 2.7g fat.
  • Per 90g pack: 49g protein.
  • About 55g of protein per 100g.

  • Rest of the UAE: AED 30, free on orders over AED 250.
