At BulltongAfrica, we take great pride in delivering high-quality, organic, grass-fed beef biltong to our customers. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our responsibilities.
1. Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of our product (consumable and perishable), we do not accept returns once the package has been opened or tampered with. However, we will gladly replace or refund your purchase if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Returns Eligibility
You may be eligible for a return or refund if:

The wrong product or flavor was delivered

The item was damaged or spoiled upon arrival

The product packaging was compromised

You contacted us within 48 hours of receiving the item
To be eligible, the product must remain unopened and in its original packaging.
3. Non-Eligible Returns
We do not offer returns or refunds if:

You changed your mind after purchase

You didn’t like the taste or texture (as taste preferences are subjective)

The item was left uncollected or undelivered due to incorrect address details
4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To request a refund or replacement:

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect).

Our team will assess the case and respond within 2 business days.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Replacements (if approved) will be shipped at no extra cost.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
