1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order is on its way.

2. Delivery Within the UAE

• We offer nationwide delivery across all 7 Emirates.

• Standard delivery time: 1–5 business days.

• Delivery is handled via trusted courier partners.

• Delivery fees:

  • AED 15 for orders under AED 125 within Dubai

  • Free shipping on orders AED 125 and above within Dubai

  • Outer Emirate Shipping calculated @ Checkout - FREE ABOVE 250AED

3. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we’re working on expanding our reach beyond the UAE soon. Stay tuned!

4. Delivery Issues

If your order is:

• Delayed: Please allow up to 5 business days before contacting support.

• Marked as delivered but not received: Contact us within 24 hours.

• Damaged or incorrect: Refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us with photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. BulltongAfrica is not responsible for:

• Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Additional charges from re-delivery attempts
